Previously, James held the role of Senior Legal Counsel for Competition Law, Consumer & Regulatory Affairs at Qantas and worked as a Managing Associate at both Linklaters and Allens. With a robust background in regulatory affairs spanning various industries, James has managed investigations involving Australian regulatory bodies such as the ACCC, ASIC, APRA, and the ACMA, as well as international regulators in the UK and Europe. James earned a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney.
