In this role, James leads performance across various customer-facing channels and has held multiple senior finance positions, focusing on driving growth strategies and achieving financial goals for brands like St George Bank, Bank of Melbourne, and BankSA. With a background that includes providing financial advice for marketing and digital transformation, as well as managing financial operations in retail and business banking, James has cultivated a robust financial acumen. Prior to Westpac, James worked at Deutsche Bank and UBS as an analyst, and gained early experience in audit at KPMG Australia. Academically, James is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
