Kirsty Chen is an experienced compliance leader with a robust background in regulatory compliance and risk management. Currently serving as Executive Manager Compliance for Customer & Corporate Services at Westpac since September 2019, Kirsty oversees compliance functions for various portfolios, including Group Operations and Remediation. Previously, Kirsty held several senior roles, including Executive Manager Compliance for Cash & Transactional Banking and Senior Manager Compliance for Deposit & Unsecured Lending at Westpac.
