Kylie Geoghegan

Kylie Geoghegan is an experienced professional in change management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Change Management Lead at Westpac since June 2010, Kylie has held several key roles including Change Leader for Digital, Marketing & Contact Centre Transformation, and Organisational Change Manager for the New Payments Platform and Applications Services Transformation. Additionally, since October 2017, Kylie has contributed to BT Financial Group as Change Leader for Life Insurance. Prior experience includes managing capabilities and careers at Singtel Optus and serving as Senior HR Consultant at Cliftons. Kylie's foundational skills were developed at Ebit as an HR Consultant from 2000 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute and a degree from Charles Sturt University.
