Michael Elms

Michael Elms is a seasoned Program Manager currently leading a major operational transformation program in the Financial Crime department at Westpac since March 2016. With extensive experience in project management, Elms has successfully led significant initiatives, including the UNITE transformation portfolio in the Business & Wealth division and a comprehensive merchant account origination platform. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Cuscal Limited, responsible for ATM products, and Regional Project Manager at ANZ and American Express, focusing on payment products and merchant servicing transformations. Elms began a career at Citi, where various project management positions were held from 2005 to 2011. Michael holds a Master of Commerce in Strategy from UNSW and a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
