Michelle Felice

Michelle Felice has over 15 years of experience in program management and support roles at Westpac since April 2008, currently serving as Program Management Office Manager, where responsibilities include FY24 planning, meeting documentation, executive pack preparation, and team recruitment. Prior roles at Westpac included Team Assistant/Project Coordinator, managing calendar support and business expenses for multiple Portfolio Directors, and providing HR assistance. Michelle earned a Quarterly Star Award in 2019 and served as a secondment relief for the EA to the Head of Transformation Delivery in 2018. Prior to Westpac, Michelle held the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at KFC, overseeing OH&S compliance across 11 stores and earning recognition as a Speed of Service Champion. Michelle holds a High School Certificate from Chifley College - Bidwill Campus.
