Nikki Rowe

Nikki Rowe is an experienced banking professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Lending Coach, Mobile Home Finance Manager, and Bank Manager at Westpac since October 2012, Nikki has a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experiences, branch profitability, and staff engagement. Prior to Westpac, Nikki held managerial positions at BankWest, where responsibilities included colleague engagement and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Citibank and JumpStart HomeLoans, and account management at Baycorp Advantage. Nikki’s career began at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, progressing through numerous positions from teller to lending manager over a ten-year period.
