Osneby Kwaramba

Osneby Kwaramba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial crime risk. Currently serving as the Business Controls and Monitoring Manager at Westpac since March 2025, Kwaramba previously held the role of Risk and Control Enablement Manager at Commonwealth Bank from June 2016 to April 2025. In this capacity, Kwaramba managed significant portfolios focused on group investigations and financial crime risk, including acting as a fraud subject matter expert. Additional responsibilities included managing stakeholder relationships and compliance inquiries from law enforcement agencies. Early career experience includes an internship as an Assistant Accountant at Accor Plus, where Kwaramba handled accounts payable and financial reconciliations.
