Owen Deane

Owen Deane is currently the Head of FM Market Risk at Westpac, a position they have held since 2020. They previously worked as the Executive Manager of Treasury Market Risk at the same company. Owen's extensive experience includes serving as the Head of Market and Liquidity Risk at AMP and as a Risk Oversight Senior Manager at Commonwealth Bank. Earlier in their career, Owen held various roles at Macquarie Group and Swiss Re, including Vice President Structurer on the Swaps Desk. Owen earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Hons) from the University of Sydney and has completed courses with CFA.
