Sharni Allen

Sharni Allen is an experienced professional in digital design and product management, currently serving as the DX Practice & Standards Lead at Westpac since April 2023, and working as a Design Systems Consultant since August 2022. Previously, Sharni held the position of Director for the NSW Design System at the NSW Department of Customer Service from April 2018 to August 2022, leading a multidisciplinary team to enhance digital delivery practices and improve customer-centric services. Past roles also include UX & Product Lead at Webling and whiteGREY, where Sharni guided significant digital transformations and agile projects. Sharni's career includes extensive experience in overseeing teams, managing client accounts, and delivering high-quality user-centered design solutions for various high-profile clients. Sharni holds a Bachelor of Multimedia from Southern Cross University.
