Sharon Tam

Sharon Tam is a Senior Experience Designer at Westpac, where responsibilities include leading the design of digital experiences for the Digital Identity program to enhance customer compliance and prevent financial crimes. Previously, Sharon served as a Senior Product Designer at T-shirt Ventures, focusing on improving the experience for individuals with disabilities navigating the NDIS. Additional experience includes UX/UI design roles at Limepay and AMP, where involvement spanned user research, product design, and the complete design process. Early career roles included marketing internships at IBM and Microsoft, along with a graduate program at AMP that provided a foundation in business knowledge and technical skills. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Social Research and Policy from UNSW and has completed design education at Academy Xi.
