Jean Pham is an experienced professional in laboratory and manufacturing management, currently serving as Lab Manager at WESTPAK, Inc. since November 2022, where services are ASTM & ISTA certified. Previously, Jean held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Tecan from September 2019 to December 2022, overseeing a team of associate scientists and ensuring effective communication within production operations. Jean also worked as Team Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific from March 2016 to September 2019, managing a team of 70 operators and handling employee evaluations.
