Rūta Žemaitytė has a diverse work experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting roles. Rūta started as an Intern at Swedbank Lietuvoje in 2014 and later worked as a Data Analyst Trainee at Euromonitor International in 2015. Rūta then served as a Junior Accountant at The Citco Group Limited from 2016 to 2017. Rūta also gained experience as a Financial Specialist Trainee at INVL Asset Management in 2018. Rūta currently holds the position of Controller at Westpay AB since 2019 and recently transitioned to the role of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in June 2022.
Rūta Žemaitytė completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business at Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga from 2013 to 2016. Later, they pursued Master of Science degrees in Finance, General at both the Stockholm School of Economics from 2017 to 2019 and Università Bocconi from 2018 to 2019.
