Mike Smith is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at WestPoint Home since April 2015. Before that, Mike worked at Global Travel and Learning as a sabbatical from October 2013 to March 2015. Prior to this, Mike held various roles at GE Global Research and GE Commercial Finance Capital Solutions from August 1996 to September 2013. Mike completed their MBA in Human Resources and New Venture Finance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1996 after earning a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Clemson University in 1992.
