Sandra Chevtchenko

Sandra Chevtchenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Director and Head of S&S IO Operations at WESTPOLE BENELUX since January 2020, Sandra leads governance steering committees and manages HR projects focused on AI tool implementation. Previous roles include Contract Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Serco, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT service operations and ensuring project alignment with client objectives.
