Jim Huang

Jim Huang, Ph.D, P.Eng has work experience as an Engine Research and Development Simulation Lead at Westport Power Inc. Jim started in August 2006 and their tenure at the company is ongoing. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Engineer at the University of British Columbia from February 2002 to July 2004. Jim also had experience as a Research Engineer at Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd from August 1998 to August 2000.

Jim Huang, Ph.D, P.Eng completed their education with a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia in 2002. Jim further pursued their studies and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2006.
