Chasen Hoeven

Chasen Hoeven has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry, starting as an Operations Assistant at Westport Properties, Inc. in 2002. Chasen later worked as an Associate at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services and as a Senior Associate at CLW Real Estate Services Group. Chasen then transitioned to Axxcess Capital as a Senior Associate/Analyst before returning to Westport Properties, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator. Eventually, they advanced to the role of Regional Asset Manager, where they focused on maximizing asset performance and market analysis before becoming a Principal of the company in 2016.

Chasen Hoeven attended Mater Dei High School from 1998 to 2002 and then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Real Estate Development from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2002 to 2006.
