Rich Carter

Rich Carter is the Founder & Executive Director of the US Virgin Islands Lacrosse Association, a national governing body and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Additionally, Rich serves as the Senior & Age Group Coach at Westport Weston Family YMCA and Head Lacrosse Coach at New Canaan Country School. Rich is also the Head Swim Coach at New Canaan Field Club Inc. In the past, Rich was the Director of Operations at Nexstar Lacrosse Showcase and a National Team Coach for Ireland Lacrosse. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Villanova University and attended Canterbury School.
