Sherry Hinson has extensive experience in sales enablement and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Business Processes and Partnership Engagement at Westrock Coffee Company since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sherry spent 36 years at S&D Coffee & Tea, where responsibilities included Director of Sales Support and Director of Customer Service & Order Processing, overseeing a fast-paced department of 26 team members focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Earlier in their career, Sherry managed the Sock Division at Craftsman Hosiery, handling production line management and logistics from January 1977 to August 1985. Sherry holds a high school diploma in General Studies from Central Cabarrus, completed in 1977.
