Adrian Hill

Adrian Hill is an experienced leader in continuous improvement and performance excellence, currently serving as the SPS - Performance Excellence System Leader at WestRock Company since November 2018, where focus is on implementing the Performance Excellence System at the Charleroi site. Previously, Adrian held roles such as Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst at Siemens, where the Siemens Production System was deployed utilizing LEAN Management tools, and held various positions at Bombardier from 2005 to 2015, including Manager of Continuous Improvement, responsible for aligning and executing key business processes and initiatives. Adrian's extensive experience also includes a Six Sigma Black Belt role at Bombardier Transportation, where continuous improvement activities spanned multiple business functions. Educationally, Adrian holds a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Derby.
