Floyd Lebleu

Floyd LeBleu is a senior engineering professional with extensive experience in the paper and packaging industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Engineering and Sr. Manager Project Engineering at WestRock Company since June 2017, Floyd has a proven track record in managing capital projects, developing project scopes, and overseeing contractor safety and productivity. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Project Manager at Packaging Corporation of America, where management of mill capital projects through all phases was a key responsibility. Floyd's career at Boise Paper spanned nearly three decades, with roles ranging from Engineering Superintendent to Project Manager/Engineer, each focused on operational efficiency and project execution. Floyd holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McNeese State University.
