Nanci Israel

Nanci Israel has over 30 years of experience in the IT and customer service sectors, currently serving as Lead Analyst for IT Business Systems at WestRock Company since June 2015, where responsibilities also include roles as Business Process Lead and Business Solutions Specialist. Prior to this, Nanci worked at RockTenn from 2012 to June 2015 as Sales Project Manager and Order Management Analyst, focusing on software implementation for corrugated container plants and supporting customer service. Nanci's career began at Jefferson Smurfit Group/Smurfit Stone from February 1994 to June 2012, fulfilling a variety of roles in customer service and order management during a company merger. Nanci's early career includes experience as an Account Coordinator at AccuStaff from January 1991 to February 1994. Education includes attending Spiro High School.
