Perry Balser

Perry Balser is an accomplished training and learning systems administrator with extensive experience at WestRock Company since August 2003 and a previous tenure at MeadWestvaco starting in May 1989. In the role of Cornerstone Training Administrator, Perry manages training curricula for all users at the Covington Mill. As Contractor Qualification Admin, Perry oversees the AbbottsField Contractor Qualification System, recognized as an exceptional tool. Additionally, Perry served as the SkilsNOW System Administrator, developing and maintaining a comprehensive Learning Content Management System (LCMS) training program for over 1,200 employees. Perry's expertise extends to developing and implementing a computer-based training system and tracking training for approximately 1,000 employees in Covington, Virginia. Educational credentials include an Associate’s Degree from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.
