Scott Field has dedicated their career to the pulp, paper, and corrugated packaging industry since joining Mead Containerboard in 1989. Over the years, they have held various positions with increasing responsibilities across raw material suppliers, equipment suppliers, and manufacturing operations. Currently, Scott serves as the Technical Department Manager at WestRock Company, where they lead a team focused on process optimization, quality management, and sustainability for one of the largest 100% recycled containerboard mills in the U.S. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
