Sarah Guthrie has extensive experience in community management and regional operations, currently serving as the Community Manager at Westrum Development Company since July 2020. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at AVE by Korman Communities from March 2007 to April 2020, including Regional Director, General Manager, and Corporate Sales Manager. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University, having completed studies between 1998 and 2002, following graduation from Unionville High School in 1998.
