Hailey Gastrow

Hailey Gastrow, OTR/L, is a skilled occupational therapist with a focus on pediatric care and medical device sales. Currently serving as a Medical Device Sales Representative at BD and a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at North Shore Pediatric Therapy since June 2023, Hailey has accumulated substantial experience in pediatric occupational therapy through previous roles at Westside Children's Therapy and Apex Pediatric Therapy Services. Hailey's expertise includes evaluating and treating developmental delays in children, managing therapy needs in skilled nursing settings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Hailey holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science, both from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
