Maddie Trost

Maddie Trost is an experienced mental health professional and behavioral technician currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Westside Children's Therapy since September 2021. Maddie has previously held positions as a Behavioral Health Technician at Positive Behavioral Connections, Inc. and as a Behavioral Technician at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. Additionally, Maddie coached the 16u Silverhawks for a brief period and completed internships at BUNDLAR and Waukegan to College, where responsibilities included organizing workshops and tutoring. Maddie's background also includes experience as an In-Home Caregiver at Addus HomeCare, specializing in care for Alzheimer's and dementia patients, and as an intern at PAWS Chicago. Educationally, Maddie is pursuing a Master's in Public Health at Elmhurst University, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Lake Forest College. Prior education includes studies in Pre-Nursing at the College of DuPage and Fine and Studio Arts and Anthropology at the University of Indianapolis, along with a high school diploma from Wheaton Warrenville South High School.
