Lauren Rechner

Lauren Rechner is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, focusing on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Delaware’s disability community in collaboration with the Delaware Developmental Disability Council. In addition, Lauren serves as a Nonprofit Management Fellow at Westside Family Healthcare. Lauren previously held the position of UDance/B+ Foundation Chair for the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, facilitating communication between UDance and the Theta Delta chapter in support of childhood cancer awareness. Earlier roles included Activities Director and Group Leader at the Springfield Recreation Department, where responsibilities included planning and overseeing camp activities for children. Lauren holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences.
