Mike Hughes has been a dedicated professional at Westside Mechanical Group since 1989, currently serving as Vice President of Sales. With 27 years of experience, Mike specializes in direct sales of complex HVAC systems, plays a key role in coordinating energy savings for school projects, and possesses expertise in high-rise systems. Responsibilities include coaching service technicians, fostering relationships with customers, and achieving significant competitive wins for the company. Mike is instrumental in developing brand recognition, managing P&L, project management, and delivering executive-level presentations. Prior to Westside Mechanical, Mike worked as a Service Technician at Midwest Mechanical from 1984 to 1989, where foundational HVAC skills were developed.
