Annette Barela

Annette Barela has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the AVP and Bank Manager at WestStar Bank since June 2013. In this role, Annette oversees branch operations while actively engaging in business development and enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior to this position, Annette worked at Wells Fargo Bank from January 1994 to May 2013, where Annette held the title of AVP, Store Manager III, responsible for managing a team and ensuring operational excellence. Annette's banking career began at Bank of the Rio Grande from 1986 to 1994 as a New Account Representative, focusing on customer interactions and account services. Annette is a graduate of Las Cruces High School.
