Cindy Willis

Cindy Willis has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Cindy most recently served as the Vice President and Loan Operations Manager at WestStar Bank, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Loan Funding Officer at the same company, starting in October 2017.

Before joining WestStar Bank, they worked at United Bank of El Paso del Norte for 16 years. Their positions there included AVP Loan Operations from February 2006 to October 2017, and Teller/CSR from February 2001 to February 2006.

Their earliest banking experience was at State National Bank, where they started as a Lead CSR in July 1998 and worked until February 2001.

Cindy Willis has studied Small Business Administration/Management at El Paso Community College. Cindy has also obtained a certification in Small Business Management.
