Catherine Jiao

Catherine has 4 years of investment and operating experience in China and the U.S., and actively participates in the business development and CVC activities. Prior to WestSummit, Catherine worked with National Geo-Information Tech-industry Investment Group in China, as a Senior Specialist of the Strategic Investment Department, where she participated in evaluation and management of various investment projects. Earlier, Catherine worked as an intern in HFP Capital in New York, where she was involved in fixed income trading, fund raising, securities analysis and client management. Prior to that, she also worked in a New York based hedge fund Alternative Assets Investment Management as an intern and assisted with the business development activities such as helping arrange fundraising events and annual conferences for the investors.

Catherine graduated with a BA from ShanDong University and an MBA from Business school of St. John’s University in New York.
