Sean has held various leadership roles in companies such as WestUrban Developments Ltd., Roy Enterprises Ltd., and IRONCLAD Developments Inc. Prior to their corporate career, Sean worked as a Senior City Planner at the City of Campbell River and as a Senior Regional Planner at the Regional District of East Kootenay. Sean holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Manitoba, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Victoria.
