Tyee Carr

Tyee Carr, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Westward Whiskey since January 2020, where the focus is on elevating American whiskey. As the Managing Partner at Tyee Carr Advisory since June 2018, Tyee provides CFO advisory and outsourced accounting services to support the growth of enterprises. Previously, Tyee held the position of Shareholder in Business Advisory Services at McDonald Jacobs, P.C. from July 2013 to October 2018, where the emphasis was on contract CFO and tax strategy services. Tyee's academic contributions include serving as an Accounting Faculty member at Portland State University from September 2003 to January 2016, developing and delivering undergraduate and graduate courses. Additional experience includes roles as a Contract Fractional Controller, Executive Director of TyeeReview.com, and Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tyee holds a degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
