Melinda Day

Melinda Day has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Melinda began their career as a Pre-K Staffing Coordinator and Recruiter at Shepherd Church in 2016. Melinda also worked as a Gymnastics Instructor, Receptionist, and Special Events and Camp Director at Le Club Gymnastics from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Easterseals Southern California as a Behavior Interventionist, where they worked closely with families in implementing programs. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Recruiter and Sourcer at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD), and was responsible for screening and scheduling candidates. Melinda then joined Maxim Healthcare Group in 2020 as a Recruiter, where they managed the full-cycle recruitment process for various healthcare positions. Melinda later joined CareerStaff Unlimited in 2021 as a Healthcare Recruiter and eventually became an Account Coordinator, assisting the office with tasks and supporting the staffing team. Melinda's most recent role is Director of Recruiting at Westways Staffing Services, Inc, which they started in 2023.

Melinda Day holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, which they completed in 2018.
