Emily collaborates with external agencies and vendors to implement marketing programs.

Prior to their current role, Emily founded and operated Emily Elle, a contemporary portraiture studio, where they managed all business aspects and client interactions as the sole owner and photographer. With over a decade of experience in photography, they focused on creating custom art and delivering delightful experiences to every client.

Emily also worked at T-Mobile, where they held multiple positions, including Regional Marketing Manager, Women and Allies Network Lead, Care Marketing Ambassador, PhenoMenaul Productions Head, Associate Trainer, Account Expert, and Retail Sales Representative. In these roles, they developed skills in communications, building relationships, customer service, training, and creative design.

Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Studio - Photography from The University of New Mexico. Emily studied there from 2012 to 2015.
