Hyenan Nancy Yun has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. HYENAN NANCY started their career at mytheresa.com in 2017, where they worked as a Senior Customer Care and Fashion Advisor. HYENAN NANCY was responsible for managing Korean customers and their demands, resolving escalated issues, and implementing solutions for customer satisfaction. HYENAN NANCY also planned and launched an internal training project for efficient workflow and system operation.
