Miriam Sternitzky

Miriam Sternitzky serves as the Chief People Officer and VP of People & Culture at Westwing, contributing to the company's growth from start-up to a publicly listed entity since June 2016. With a direct reporting line to the CEO, Miriam has been instrumental in shaping the global People & Culture strategy across all international offices and warehouses since April 2020. Prior to Westwing, Miriam held various roles in human resources, including Director of HR & Organisation and Team Lead HR Business Partner at Junto, and participated on the CHRO Advisory Board for Scalable Capital. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Wirtschafts-, Organisations- und Sozialpsychologie from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Master’s in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Macquarie University.
