Kathy Umphrey Holverson

Kathy Umphrey Holverson is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in various roles and capacities across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Westwood Financial since November 2019, Kathy previously held positions as Associate Director of Property Management and Asset Management at CBRE | UCR, where responsibilities included client, vendor, and tenant relationship management as well as third-party management of retail properties. Prior experience includes senior property management roles at Centro Properties Group US and Heritage Property Investment Trust, where oversight of construction and personnel management were key duties. Kathy began their career at Hines and has managed a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail centers and high-rise buildings. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
