Debra Kurtz

Debra Kurtz is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Capital at Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Debra held various senior HR roles at Molina Healthcare from July 2019 to December 2023, including Associate Vice President for both the Medicaid Business and the Western Region, overseeing HR functions for a substantial workforce and managing large-scale mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Molina Healthcare, Debra served as Global Human Resources Director at CommScope and held multiple HR positions at Kellogg Company, contributing to global HR transformation and compliance projects.
