Sean Doherty

Director, Digital Ad Operations at Westwood One

Sean Doherty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sean started their career as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Nelligan Sports Marketing in 2012, where they assisted with marketing and promotions strategies and participated in game-day operations. In 2013, they joined Today's Business as a Social Media Intern, managing clients' social media platforms and conducting market and competitive research. Sean later became a Community Manager and then an Account Manager, working with over 30 clients and delivering tangible results in increasing social exposure and driving leads through social media. In 2019, Sean joined Westwood One as a Digital Account Manager, managing post-sale duties for over $50 million of podcast advertising per year and serving as the main point of contact for advertiser and ad agency relationships. Sean then took on the role of Senior Digital Account Manager before recently being promoted to Director of Digital Ad Operations.

Sean Doherty attended Seton Hall University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
