Clark Fisher

Clark Fisher has a diverse work experience in the surveying and land management field. Clark started their career as a Survey and Drafting Tech at Cartographic Company in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Clark then joined Lemke Land Surveying, taking on various roles including CADD Technician, Assistant Project Manager, and later becoming the Tulsa Division Leader from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Clark Fisher worked as a Project Manager at Crossway Surveying, Inc. before moving on to the University of Oklahoma in 2017, where they served as a Teaching Assistant for a brief period.

In 2016, Clark co-founded Overworld and continued to work as an Advisor until 2021. Finally, since 2017, they have been associated with Westwood Professional Services, where they have held positions such as Project Manager, DFW Survey Leader for Power, and currently serves as the Regional Survey Office Leader for Power.

Clark Fisher completed their education history as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they attended the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Finance & Risk Management.

- In 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in General Management from the University of Oklahoma.

- From 2012 to 2013, they studied at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, where they obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Surveying Technology/Surveying.

- In October 2022, they acquired the New Mexico PLS certification from the New Mexico Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors.

- In August 2022, they received the Arizona PLS certification from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration.

- In March 2022, they obtained the Louisiana PLS certification from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS).

- In August 2021, they achieved the Florida PSM certification from the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers.

- In August 2020, they obtained the Arkansas PLS certification from the Arkansas State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors.

- In December 2018, they received the Texas RPLS certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

- In March 2017, they completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts Completion certification from the Bloomberg Institute.

- In May 2014, they earned the Oklahoma PLS certification from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors.

- In May 2011, they obtained the Certified Survey Technician Level III certification from the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
