Erik Elliott has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Erik started as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Recycled Materials Resource Center in February 2016 and worked there until February 2017. In May 2017, they joined Blattner Energy as a Field Engineer Intern, where they gained valuable experience until August 2017. In 2018, they took on a volunteer role as a Rural Electrification Project Engineer at WindAid Institute for a short period from April to May. Later in 2018, they joined Westwood Professional Services as a Site Design Staff Engineer and worked in that role until November 2021. Erik then progressed to become a Site Design Project Engineer at the same company from November 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Erik Elliott works at Westwood Professional Services as a Site Design Lead Engineer, a position they have held since September 2022.
Erik Elliott's education history starts in 2013 when they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Erik pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering and also completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History at the same institution, graduating in 2017.
After earning their bachelor's degrees, Erik continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering.
In terms of certifications, Erik obtained an Engineer In Training (EIT) certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in September 2018.
