Josh Pardun MA is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resource Specialist at Westwood Professional Services since April 2024, Josh previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Minneapolis from April 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included supporting Public Works and the Health Department. Prior roles include Human Resources Representative and Consultant at KENDELL, as well as positions at Ultimate Staffing, where Josh advanced from Business Solutions Specialist to Business Solutions Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
