Justin Rademacher

Justin Rademacher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin began their career in 2012 as a Civil Engineering Coop at Advance Testing Company, Inc. In 2013, they worked as a Structural Designer at Mid-States Concrete Industries. Justin then joined Quad/Graphics in 2015 as a Finishing Technician. In 2016, they worked as a Grandparents University Student Guide at the Wisconsin Alumni Association. In 2017, they became a Structural Engineer, EIT at MP-Squared Structural Engineers, LLC. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Design Engineer at Realtime Utility Engineers, Inc. (A Quanta Services Company). Currently, they are employed at Westwood Professional Services, where they started as a Project Engineer in 2021 and is now a Lead Structural Engineer since March 2023.

Justin Rademacher earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2008 to 2013. Justin then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Structural Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Justin obtained various certifications, including a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services in March 2023. Justin also obtained an Engineer in Training certification from the same institution in July 2013, and an OSHA 10-Hour certification from the Occupational Safety & Health Administration in April 2012.
