Kelvin Winter

Kelvin Winter currently serves as Chief Pilot and sUAS Pilot at Westwood Professional Services, where responsibilities include conducting sUAS missions and reviewing flight requests to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and client standards. Prior to this role, Kelvin was a Flight Engineer - Shift Lead at DroneUp, overseeing hub operations and ensuring operational safety while also managing crew schedules and inventory. Previous experience includes serving as a RPA Pilot - Deployed Lead Pilot at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where Kelvin oversaw RPA operations and developed safety procedures, as well as RPA Pilot duties in the United States Air Force, which included roles as Officer in Charge of Scheduling and Instructor Pilot. Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
