Emilie Rizzo

As the Head of Finance and Administrative Operations, Emilie Rizzo brings a diverse background in sales, financial reporting, and operations to Westwood & Wilshire. In her previous role at Keurig Dr. Pepper, Emilie can be credited with permanently improving the culture by implementing employee roundtable discussions—designed to increase employee feedback, workplace satisfaction, internal promotion, and retention. Emilie attended BYU as an Astrophysics major, and her first love was STEM Sciences. She quickly discovered a passion for the business of people and believes that any company’s greatest asset is human capital. She prides herself in the cultivation of internal talent, and her impact in that area at the firm is obvious. Emilie holds a degree in accounting from VVC, as well as a BBA in Finance from Brandman University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Emilie’s interests are vast—she is both a trained violinist and connoisseur of sci-fi.
