Nicolas Ricardo Junkes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicolas Ricardo started their career as a Técnico em Processos at Intelbras S/A Ind. Tel. Elet. Bras., where they focused on process improvement and training. Nicolas Ricardo then worked at Nuvme | TI para o seu momento, where they assisted in IT operations and provided help desk and service desk support.

Nicolas Ricardo later founded Suaview within Wesy Lab, where they served as a Founder and Product Manager. Nicolas Ricardo'sresponsibilities included account management, backlog management, and identifying customer needs.

Nicolas then joined Berkan IT Solution as an Associate-CTO, where they structured the organizational processes for software analysis and development, support and customer service, customer success, and project management.

Nicolas Ricardo also worked at Philips as a Software Consultant, providing services through Wesy. Nicolas Ricardo'srole involved acting as a consultant between clients, stakeholders, and developers, implementing integrations between hospital technologies, and defining business rules.

Currently, Nicolas is serving as the Chief Technology Officer at WTM International. In this role, they focus on strategic planning and execution, emphasizing results, people, and product optimization.
