Franklin Lichorobiec

Franklin Lichorobiec has extensive experience in engineering and management within the mold design and prototype development sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Prototype & Molding at WET (Design) since October 2018, Franklin previously held roles such as Engineering Manager at Marman Industries Inc., leading a team of eight engineers through the product lifecycle, and at JK Molds, overseeing the design and construction of class 101 injection molds. Franklin's expertise also includes mold design at Prestige Mold Inc., where innovative processes were developed, and as Prototype Engineering Manager at Ryder Industries, focusing on prototype components and hands-on CAD and CAM programming. Franklin holds an Associate of Science degree in Electromechanical Drafting and Design Engineering from MTI College.
