Anna Naudé

She has led finance across industries including telecommunications and technology, space exploration, artificial intelligence, professional services and manufacturing in the US, Australia, Singapore, the UK, as well as New Zealand.

Her recent roles include Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Tower Insurance, Chief Financial Officer at the global start up Teknique, and Head of Finance at the telecommunications company, Spark New Zealand. As Global Finance Director at Rocket Lab USA, Anna led the global finance and business applications team as Rocket Lab transformed from an R&D organisation to a NASDAQ-listed commercial operation.

Anna is passionate about business growth and developing strong organisational culture and thriving teams and individuals. Her governance and community work include Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand, Chair of the gender-advocacy organization YWCA Auckland, and Advisory Board Member of the Auckland University Business School.
